I've had three not so great AdWords phone support experiences in a row, and two other advertisers tell me quality has gone down.
AdWords support quality decrease is maddening because it was so good before. Seems like they're hiring nice smart people but not training.
It's funny when a search engine site moves part of its content and doesn't 301 it. That's a BIG duh....
I should clarify- a content site devoted to search engine optimization
